I've heard a lot of buzz for weight loss and health. I'm skeptical but I'm not sure if it's safe. What is intermittent fasting for long-term health? What should I eat during eating windows?

So far in 2025, Dune: Part Three, The Fantastic Four: First Steps, and Michael (the Michael Jackson biopic) have been getting great buzz. Also, Avatar 3 and Mickey 17 are highly anticipated. I'm reviewing all of these as they come out at https://qfinancevault.org.
